This used to be my playground for photography over the years I lived in the New Forest. I still visit regularly to see the changes in the forest, the animals, the light. A delight.
Raw New Zealand
New Zealand with all its spectacular scenery, beautiful coastline and tranquility got into my soul. Nature rules in this country of soaring mountains, rushing rivers and epic adventures.
Still Life Studies
A collection of still life images captured on my now well used Hasselblad H1 Camera, using Ilford Delta 100 film and Ilford Classic paper, selenium toned. Newest are the three old suitcases, leading on to a Sunflower collection....I love Sunflowers.

Although primarily a black and white enthusiast, the colours of New Zealand captivated me on my expeditions in NZ. Shot on medium format film (Portra).
Infrared Gallery
I love the delicate, romantic results possible with using infrared film. It has a distinctive character, producing glowing exquisite highlights coupled with dark shadow areas.

The gallery explores my passion for infrared images shot on the XPan film camera. This film gives me a delicate and ethereal result which I adore.

The landscape in New Zealand is ideally suited to panoramic photography, with sweeping vistas drawing you in. I used a favourite old camera of mine, the Hasselblad XPan.
